Our philosophy
Marketing should pay for itself.Everything else is decoration.
We do not think of marketing as a budget line. We think of it as capital with a return you can measure.
That single belief decides everything downstream: what we sell, what we refuse to sell, how we report, and when we tell a client to stop spending. Here is the thinking behind it, so you can decide whether we are the right kind of partner before you ever talk to us.
What we believe
Six positions we will not trade away.
A channel is not a strategy.
Most agencies sell you the channel they are best at. We start from your margins, your sales cycle, and the price of attention in your market, then choose channels last. If paid search cannot clear your economics, we will say so before you spend.
If it cannot be traced to revenue, it is not a result.
Impressions, reach, and engagement are inputs, not outcomes. We rebuild tracking first so every dollar reports into one number, and we would rather show a smaller honest figure than a flattering one nobody can defend.
The cheapest growth is usually already on your site.
Before buying more traffic, we fix what happens to the traffic you have. Conversion work compounds against every future dollar of spend, which is why it comes before scale, not after it.
Budgets should move weekly, not quarterly.
Attention is priced daily. A plan that cannot be rebalanced the moment the data changes is a plan that spends last month's assumptions on this month's market.
Clarity is a deliverable.
Marketing is hard. We make it simple. Every report is written so a CFO could read it without a translator, because work you cannot explain is work you cannot defend to a board.
Retention is the only honest scorecard.
Almost every client stays. That only happens when the numbers move and the reporting stays honest in the months they do not. We would rather lose a pitch than win an account we cannot grow.
Belief into practice
How the philosophy shows up in the work.
Our system
The IMEG Growth Loop
Five stages that run on a loop, not a checklist. Every stage reports into the same revenue number, and what we learn in the last stage rewrites the first one.
- 01
Analyze
Your numbers, your market and your margins before any channel is chosen.
- 02
Acquire
Demand captured where it is currently cheapest for you to buy attention.
- 03
Convert
The path from click to inquiry rebuilt around the money moment.
- 04
Retain
Lifecycle work that turns a first purchase into repeat revenue.
- 05
Optimize
Weekly measurement, then budget moved to whatever is returning.
Stage 5 feeds back into stage 1, every quarter
Who this suits
This works best when someone owns the number.
Our best engagements have one person who is accountable for revenue and wants a partner who will argue with them using data. If you need an agency to execute a plan that is already fixed, there are cheaper options and we will tell you that on the first call.
